Depending on the home, that may include staging consultation, pre listing preparation, professional staging, high quality photography, video, drone content, virtual tours, and targeted digital marketing.

Guiding the Market Launch

When your home goes live, the first impression matters. The early days on market are often the most important, which is why I work closely with you beforehand to ensure everything is ready, from presentation and access to showing strategy and timing.

Once launched, I guide you through buyer activity, market feedback, offer preparation, negotiation, and subject removal with clear communication and steady advice throughout. My role is to help you understand what the market is telling us and make confident decisions at every stage.

Support Through to Completion

My role does not end once an offer is accepted. After a sale becomes firm, I continue to guide you through the final steps all the way to possession.

That includes coordinating with your lawyer or notary, helping with utility transfers and moving logistics, keeping you updated as the transaction progresses, and ensuring the final details are handled with care. My goal is to make the experience feel organized, seamless, and fully supported from beginning to end

I aim to earn your confidence through the quality of my service, not by locking you into a contract. If you choose to take your home off the market, I will not stand in your way.

The only obligation would be reimbursement for staging expenses already incurred on your behalf. In the event the listing is terminated or withdrawn before the agreement term is complete, those staging costs would be payable within 15 days of termination.
